You may ask what the advantage is of doing such a conversion? Well, I would just like to stress a point that this is a drift car. So rather than purchasing an actual R35 Nissan GT-R for a lot of money, only for you to “bastardize” it, for lack of a better term, by amputating its AWD capability and just turning it into RWD all so you can drift, doesn’t it make more sense to just start with an actual RWD chassis that has been tried and tested for drifting, and then make it look like an R35 Nissan GT-R for less the cost? Would you agree?

And if you think you’ll lose “driftability” with this modification, think again, because this car has already been driven to be a winner in just about every drift competition in the country.
